Mark Reynolds

Mark was born in Warwick, Rhode Island in 1966.  He obtained a B.S. from Ithaca College and his J.D. from Syracuse University School of Law.  Mr. Reynolds was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1992 and the Massachusetts Bar in 1998.  He is licensed to practice before United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations as well as the Defense Research Institute and Defense Counsel of Rhode Island.  Mr. Reynolds is an arbitrator with the Rhode Island Superior Court’s Court Annexed Arbitration Program.  Mr. Reynolds also serves as an arbitrator in private, binding arbitration matters.  Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Board of Managers of the Ocean Community YMCA.  Mr. Reynolds’s practice focuses on personal injury, employment discrimination, governmental liability, products liability and insurance law.

Anthony DeMarco

Tony was born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1943.  He obtained a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. from Georgetown University.  Mr. DeMarco was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1968, and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. DeMarco is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Mr. DeMarco has been appointed to and currently serves on the Rhode Island Supreme Court Ethics Advisory Panel.  Mr. DeMarco is also an arbitrator with the Rhode Island Superior Court’s Court Annexed Arbitrator Program.  Mr. DeMarco is a well-respected and often selected mediator and/or arbitrator, and that is the current focus of his practice with the firm.

Jack Boland

Jack was born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1950.  He obtained a B.A. from Providence College, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. from New England School of Law.  Mr. Boland was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1983 and admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002.  Mr. Boland is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Boland is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute and Defense Counsel of Rhode Island.  Mr. Boland is also a member of the Superior Court Bench Bar Committee and he is an arbitrator in the Rhode Island Superior Court’s Court Annexed Arbitrator Program.  Mr. Boland has also worked as an adjunct lecturer of law at the Community College of Rhode Island.  Mr. Boland’s practice focuses on insurance law, personal injury, products liability, general liability litigation.

Kathryn Hopkins

​Kathryn J. Hopkins, associate, was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland in 1969.  She received a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island, and her J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where she was a senior staff member of the Catholic University Law Review.  Ms. Hopkins was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1994 and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.  Ms. Hopkins is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations and Defense Counsel of Rhode Island.  Ms. Hopkins’s practice focuses on personal injury, employment law and general liability.
